Recognising that to reach 50% of all films directed by women means changing the way we behave as much as complaining about the unfairness of the industry.

WE MUST -

• Foster a spirit of pro-active support and non-competitive co-operation between ourselves as female directors.

• Recognise the power we have in our hands every time we buy a cinema ticket and use this to support the work of our peer group.

• Embrace the ongoing digital revolution in production and distribution as part of the opportunity to let more women’s film be made and seen.

• Refuse to accept the status quo!
